Oreo Cheesecake Bites For A Party - I'm totally obsessed with these no bake Oreo cheesecake bites! This simple no bake Oreo cheesecake is so delish and it's one of my new favorite mini cheesecake bites recipes! #cheesecake #cheesecakerecipe #oreocheesecake #cheesecakebites

This cutting board was sent to me in exchange for my honest review but as always, all opinions are 100% my own.

If you follow my blog regularly, you already know that I’m a big fan of bite size desserts! One of my favorites has been my Bite Size No Bake Cheesecake with fresh berries. If you’re looking for an easy dessert to make, you just can’t beat mini cheesecake bites recipes! I make them for parties and they’re always a hit. They’ve totally become one of my favorite quick and easy desserts.

Last time I was shopping, I came across mini Oreos in the checkout aisle (they ALWAYS get you in the checkout aisle, don’t they?). I threw them in my cart and by the time I got home, I knew exactly what I was going to do with them. What could be better than Oreo cheesecake, right? Only one thing…no bake Oreo cheesecake! Wait…even better than that? No bake Oreo cheesecake bites! How can you possibly go wrong with a dessert like that?!

These mini Oreos are the perfect size for an Oreo cheesecake

This also gave me the chance to try out my awesome new cutting board. I’ve been using the same old cutting boards forever and at the risk of sounding like a giant nerd, I get really excited about new kitchen stuff! This reversible walnut wood cutting board from Arousing Appetites has a rich, dark chocolate color that I’ll probably use just as much for showing off my food as I do for cutting it.

I'm not sure if I like this Arousing Appetites cutting board more for cutting food or displaying food.

Flip it over and the other size has a drip groove around the edge of the board to keep from making a big mess when you’re cutting into something juicy. These boards have been carefully crafted, kiln dried and smoothed to last years. They also feature a straight grained surface that’ll be easy on your knives.

This cutting board is almost to pretty to cut food on!

Honestly, my favorite feature is that this board is just so pretty! I wish all my cutting boards looked this good. Okay, I digress…let’s make some Oreo cheesecake now!

How to make Oreo Cheesecake Bites

This Oreo cheesecake recipe is so easy to make that you’re going to want to whip up no bake cheesecake bites for every party you’re invited to (I know I do)! Start by beating 3/4 cup of heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.

This Oreo cheesecake recipe starts with whipping cream until stiff

In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth.

Your Oreo cheesecake will also need cream cheese, sugar and vanilla

Fold in the whipped cream.

Mix the whipped cream and Oreo cheesecake mixture together

I’d bought two containers of the mini Oreos in the 3.5 ounce size. Separate 45 cookies for garnish (one whole container and about 10 cookies from the other). Pour the rest of the cookies in a plastic bag and crush. Be sure you don’t seal the bag completely or it will pop the first time you give it a good whack. You can also use a food processor for this part…whatever works.

Crush the mini Oreos in a bag. You'll use some for the cheesecake mixture and some to top your Oreo Cheesecake Bites when they're finished.

Pour 1/2 cup of the crushed Oreos into the cheesecake mixture. Save the rest for garnish.

Stir 1/2 cup of cookie crumbles into the cheesecake mix

Mix until well blended.

Take the fillo shells out of the wrapper (if you’re not sure where to find these, see the FAQ’s below). These can be baked or used as is. For recipes like this one, I don’t see much of a difference and just use the shells right out of the box.

Fillo shells make for the perfect bite size desserts

Fill a decorating bag with the Oreo cheesecake mixture and pipe into the shells.

Use a decorating bag to add Oreo cheesecake to the fillo shells

Top with more crushed cookies and a mini Oreo.

Top your mini Oreo cheesecake with cookie crumbles and a cookie and they're ready to serve.

These Oreo cheesecake bites are SO good and perfect when you’re looking for easy desserts to make for a party. They’re not just for parties though. We’re giving these to my daughters’ teachers as an end of the year treat!

Frequently Asked Questions:

Where can I find fillo shells?

You can find them at almost any grocery story, Target or Walmart. They’ll be in the freezer section near the desserts and I paid about $1.95 for one box (one box contains 15 shells). You an click on the link above to see what the box looks like, so that you know just what you’re looking for.

What if I don’t have decorating bags?

You can cut the corner off a gallon size storage bag, fill it with the Oreo cheesecake and pipe it into the shells that way.

Can I make regular Oreo cheesecake with this recipe?

Absolutely! Instead of using fillo shells, line a cheesecake pan with an Oreo crust and spread the mixture over the top. Refrigerate, then remove from pan. You can even take more Oreos and put them around the outside of the cheesecake.

Can this Oreo cheesecake recipe be made ahead of time?

Yes. You can make the cheesecake mixture the night before and put it into the decorating bag. When you’re ready, it’ll take about five minute to pipe it into the shells and add the garnish and you’re good to go.

Where can I find a cutting board like this?

Virginia Boys Kitchens cutting boards can be purchased through Arousing Appetites. They have multiple sizes to choose from and sell other kitchen products as well.
