Good day friends! I thought I would put together a little post with recipes to make with egg bite molds in the Instant Pot, Air fryer, oven and even the new Ninja Foodi!

Recipes to make with egg bite molds in the Instant Pot

You can find Home Pressure Cooking egg bite mold HERE I have made everything from egg bites, meatloaf bites, and even some awesome little cake pops! They are all so simple and take less than 20 minutes in the pressure cooker. Typical egg bites are 8 minutes, meatloaf bites 16 minutes and the cake pops approximately 15 minutes. Be sure to save and pin this post for future reference.

They make such a nice display, and as we all know we eat with our eyes first. If it doesn’t look appealing we tend to think it won’t taste that way either. What a great appetizer and bite snack idea for our Easter brunch menu as well.

Then there are some yummy meatloaf bites that are a great presentation for a party appetizer you can make. There are so many fun things to make in egg bite molds, from pancakes, brownie bites, corn bread bites and more. At the end of this post I will share 50 plus recipes to choose from.

If you are hosting a party, or want to impress your friends, simply whip out the egg bite mold and get your creative juices flowing for appetizer ideas.

For my meatloaf bites, I whipped up my loaf mix the same recipe as I used in my flower pan.

NOTE: Always add a cup or two of water to the pot before putting your egg bite mold in pot. Always Spray your mold with a NON-Stick cooking spray, butter, coconut oil, olive oil, just to name a few. Whatever food taste wise go better with what you are preparing is the spray you can use.

Set egg bite mold on trivet/steamer rack and lower in pot. For these meatloaf bites I cooked for 16 minutes, and let naturally release. I let them cool a bit before flipping them over. Top with sauce, cheese, bacon bits, or whatever you desire. They are so simple!

I have seen just about every version from copy cat Starbucks egg bites HERE, to traditional Egg bites with ham and cheese HERE.

The egg bites I made I used bacon bits and cheese and followed the same exact method as the egg bites with ham and cheese. Each mold gets filled to the top and you can use approximately 6 eggs per mold. Also note, you can simply crack and egg in the molds and set for 4 minutes and make a killer egg salad in a snap!

I haven’t tried these Oatmeal power bites yet, but I plan on it. A few of my readers have and said they were amazingly delicious. Great way to star the day.

When I made the Strawberry cake bites they were just a little fun experiment.

I bought some fun colorful Cake pop sticks. I mixed up a Duncan Hines Cake mix accordingly. Lightly sprayed my mold with coconut non stick oil and filled each mold to the top. Placed my mold on a trivet, added a cup of water and set on High Pressure Manual for 15 minutes with a Quick release. About 5 minutes letting cool, I stuck the cake pop stick in side while still in the mold. I let cool longer and then pulled them out gently. You can wait to stick the cake pop stick in after you remove your cake bites if you feel more comfortable that way. Sprinkle with a little powdered sugar and enjoy. Don’t worry about wasting the rest of the cake mix, either make another batch, or make a small flower cake.

It was a sweet day in our house, that’s for sure! My 17 year old was a strawberry face:)
